Your name, company name, email address, mobile number, the type of enquiry and the description of your requirement.
Request a quote form
The same contact details, plus the technical details you choose to give for a quotation (such as application, quantities, materials, tolerances, part numbers and timeline) and any drawing or document you attach.
Careers form
Your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, what you tell us about your experience, and your CV.
Email, phone and WhatsApp
When you write to us or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your contact details, drawings or photographs.
What we do not collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and it does not ask for payment or bank details.
How we use it and who else handles it
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare offers and quotations, deliver and support what you buy from us, and assess job applications. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Form delivery (FormSubmit)
All forms on this website are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. Before sending, it may show a short "I am not a robot" check provided by Google reCAPTCHA. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
Website hosting (Cloudflare)
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Google Maps
The Contact page shows an embedded Google map. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
WhatsApp, LinkedIn and YouTube
Links to these services take you to their own websites and apps, where their privacy policies apply.
When we must share it
We share personal data with others only when needed to do the work you asked for, or when the law requires it.
Storage, security and your rights
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and business correspondence are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any resulting work, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us to delete a job application at any time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. Email is not completely secure, so please do not send passwords or financial details through the forms.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance.
